Urban Veda Purifying Body Scrub
After a lengthy drawn out winter, longer days are finally upon us. With weather improving and the sun finally bursting through the sky, it’s time to switch from heavy winter clothing to something a little lighter, fresher and a little more brightly coloured.

I’ve been trialing the Urban Veda Purifying Shower Scrub, enriched with the invigorating and refreshing scent of wild mint and eucalyptus. It’s a purifying body wash that uplifts your mood and wakes you up. The scent is especially great if you’re feeling ill and in need of a boost, the refreshing scent of mint will help clear a blocked nose. To get the best results from this I recommend rubbing it onto dry skin before showering as the little beads will work better at improving the appearance of dull skin and will also help give your circulation a good boost. Don’t apply this to your face, it’s perhaps a bit too strong for facial skin and may cause a little damage in this area. I only need to use this once a week to keep my skin feeling soft even though it’s formulated to respect your skin’s natural moisture and pH level, I do feel over use of body scrubs can strip away your natural body moisture.
