Blended with 100% natural ingredients, this Lip conditioning Balm is one of the finest I’ve ever used. Forget chapsticks and sticky lip gloss this natural plant oil based lip balm is going to lock in the moisture your lips need with the lingering sensation of soft mint that gently kisses and locks in moisture leaving your lips feeling nourished and soft.
I love the feeling of soft nourished lips so I’ve started applying this to my lips at night and then in the morning before I apply my makeup. It helps as a barrier from getting foundation stuck to my lips but also sets a soft base for my lipstick. The lip balm contains castor oil, a natural moisturiser that can be both used externally as well as internally. Caster oil also helps with healing, is anti-inflammatory and can also help with skin conditions as it helps revive dry skin. It also contains Oat Lipid E, this is a new ingredient to me so I don’t know much about it apart from the details from the Rosalena website to say that it helps lock in moisture by forming a barrier to epidermal water loss.
Another powerful ingredient is Peppermint Oil and the balance in the lip balm is just right, it is very subtle and not overpowering. This is what gives the lip balm that luscious cool refreshing gentle plumping effect without any tingling.
The balm also comes with a little lip brush.

GOODNESS & TONIC Face Toning Mist
I can’t begin to tell you how much of a life saver this award winning Goodess & Tonic Face Mist is for long haul flights and being in the intense heat of the sun.
While on holiday, even my husband was asking me for a spritz of “that stuff” as he called it. I absolutely love this product and although it may sound like a small thing, the quality of the physical spray from the can is just as important as the ingredients and caring properties. The can works very well and sprays out a gentle mist that feels light, instantly settling onto your skin without leaving you feeling soaked or tacky and yet it leaves your skin feeling very nicely hydrated and refreshed.
At times, I was spraying this onto the back of my neck and the sensation was instantly cooling and refreshing. A little miracle in the upward of forty degree Celsius heat I was sometimes in if you ask me.
The tonic comes in a handbag friendly sized 50ml can making it perfect to go through security at the airport. It can be used as a skin brightener after cleansing and before applying makeup as well as being versatile enough to use after makeup application. Using this spray hasn’t stopped at my holidays, I take it to work with me and it’s great for keeping your face cool and hydrated especially in an air conditioned environment.
